Welcome to my

linguistic labyrinth!

This is hardly anything formal; tambakan ko lang ng thoughts if I ever feel like writing. I suppose I just want to leave something for my future self to look back on in the incoming years. There's just so much beauty in life—be it in the bizzare or the mundane—, and for me, that beauty is easier to re-access when you have a manifestation at hand. A photograph. A painting. A melody.

Or in this case, a journal.

Our feeble human brains are wired to forget, after all, no matter how fervently we try to commit certain life experiences into memory. So now, I'm making the effort to document them while I'm in the very act of living them.

Because if there's one thing that my circumstances are teaching me right now? It's that every stage of life is as fleeting as a breeze; whipping violently against your face one moment, then soaring into the distance the next.

A horrible metaphor, really—but I'm running out of creative juices, and you probably get the point. Happy lurking!
